Same logo, same colours, same tagline. Everything else is the question.
Who it's for Busy Portland moms who are overwhelmed and need the house to stop being one more thing to manage. The product is relief, not luxury — so every headline aims at "you don't have to think about this any more," and the look exists only to make that calm believable.

Photography carries all the warmth. A serif headline, a lot of white space, and colour almost nowhere — the logo is the brightest thing on the page, which is the point.

Keeps more energy and none of the bounce. A grotesque instead of a serif, the price visible without scrolling, and colour used as two or three deliberate accents.
The mark is the only playful thing in the system.
The first design draft read as a children's website, and the cause was never the logo — it was setting Fredoka, the logo face, as body text, then rounding every button into a pill and adding a blue glow beneath it. Both directions here follow one rule instead: the sun is allowed to smile precisely because the page around it is composed, warm and adult.
Recommendation: A's atmosphere with B's directness. Someone who is overwhelmed is buying calm, and A is the only one of the two that actually looks calm — but she is also short of time, so making her hunt for the price is the one mistake that costs the booking.
